Duck-orate a duck and race it around the lazy river. The fastest duck will be dubbed the winner. You could also be voted the best duck-orator in your age group! Event will be held at Sun Valley Aquatic Center on Saturday, July 20, from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Price for a duck and admission is $8, admission only is $4. Admission to the event will also count as admission to swim after the event. You can purchase a duck online or by calling the Parks & Recreation Office. Last day to purchase a duck is Friday, July 12. Ducks must be turned in by Tuesday, July 16. Ducks can be turned into Frederick P. Herring Parks and Recreation Center, 191 Civic Circle.
