Insurance Requirements are NEW for 2024

Certificate of Insurance adding City of Lewisville and B-Weiss Entertainment Group LLC as Additional Insured is REQUIRED for all vendors unless:

• Vendor is NOT providing own tent AND
• Vendor is only engaging with the public verbally, or with informational displays, printed materials and promotional items

If you have two (2) or more paid employees (other than yourself/spouse) working the event, Workers Compensation Coverage is required. You are not eligible to purchase insurance coverage from the City of Lewisville if Workers Compensation is required.

Food Vendors 

Food vendors are serving as concessionaires. Vendors shall not be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages in the temporary booth per TABC regulations.

Rates:

• 10x10: $250 + 20% commission + electricity
• 10x20: $350 + 20% commission + electricity
• 10x30: $450 + 20% commission + electricity
• 10x40: $550 + 20% commission + electricity

Electricity Rates:

• $70 - 110v/30 amps or less (1 standard outlet with 2 plugs)
• $85 - 110v/31-60 amps (2 standard outlet with 4 plugs)
• $135 - 220v/1-60 amps
• $210 - 220v/61-100 amps

Artist/Exhibitor Vendors - online application

To qualify for this type of vendor, all products and items for sale must be handcrafted, hand-stitched, homemade or manufactured by applicant or applicant’s representatives. No food or beverages can be sold or given away at the vendor booth.

Commercial Vendors - online application

Chain retailers, service providers, vacation planners, travel agents, electricity retailers, health care professionals including cosmetic surgeons, health and wellness products, multi-level marketing organizations, home improvement retailers, hardware vendors, banks, financial planners, insurance agencies, home improvement products such as windows and rain gutters, health/beauty products/services, child novelty play toys (glow toys, inflatables, etc.), membership based/rewards club sign up, and all other commercial or service providers not listed above. Ultimate determination on whether or not a vendor is a commercial vendor is solely left up to event managers. No food or beverages can be sold or given away at the vendor booth unless the vendor’s primary business is food & beverage sales and they have been permitted by City of Lewisville as a food & beverage establishment. Businesses selling alcohol shall not be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages in the temporary booth, outside of their TABC-licensed premises, per TABC.

Non-Profit Vendors - online application

To qualify for this type of vendor, vendors must have and be able to present a valid, 501c(3) or 501c(6) certificate designating them as a non-profit organization, or they need to be affiliated, with proof of affiliation, with an established national non-profit organization.

• 10x10: $170 (110v/30amp circuit INCLUDED with vendor rate)
• 10x20: $270 (110v/30amp circuit INCLUDED with vendor rate)
• 10x30: $370 (110v/30amp circuit INCLUDED with vendor rate)

Food Product Exhibitor - online application

To qualify for this type of vendor application, vendors are not serving as concessionaires, but are sampling pre-packaged food items such as beef jerky, salsas, barbecue sauces, seasonings, etc. No beverages can be sold or given away at the vendor booth. Vendors shall not be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages in the temporary booth per TABC regulations.

• 10x10: $250 (110v/30amp circuit INCLUDED with vendor rate)
• 10x20: $350 (110v/30amp circuit INCLUDED with vendor rate)
• 10x30: $450 (110v/30amp circuit INCLUDED with vendor rate)

If you need more than 110v/30amp power, it can be purchased for an additional fee.

• $65 - 220v/1-60 amps
• $140 - 220v/61-100 amps

Festival Zone Vendors

To qualify for this type of vendor, vendors must have a business whose primary entrance is located inside the “fenced” festival zone. Festival Zone Vendors must be approved by the City of Lewisville. If you are not approved as a "festival zone" vendor, Event Staff can switch your vendor type, and approve it with adjusted vendor rates for your approved vendor type.
