Report a lost pet using the form below.

Lost reports are sent to shelter staff which will then be reviewed and uploaded to the Lost and Found Pets page. Reports are held in our database for 30 days. After 30 days, an additional report may be filled out if the pet is still missing. If the pet is found, please contact Animal Services staff to cancel the report.

Please fill out one report for each animal that is missing.
