Event Update!
Due to the recent rains, the annual Fiesta Charra event, produced by Vivid Vita Events and City of Lewisville, on Sunday, May 26, 3-9:30 p.m., will now take place at Wayne Ferguson Plaza. The original location, Bill Weaver Arena, is not suitable for use by the performers.

NEW - Location: Wayne Ferguson Plaza, 150 W. Church St. - venue change!
This free, family-friendly event will feature several activities of a traditional Charreada, which is like a rodeo and practiced in Mexico. FREE admission.

Other Logistics
Alcoholic beverages will be sold. Glass containers, skateboards, bicycles, personal transport vehicles, and offensive or objectionable clothing are not allowed. Pets will be allowed if they remain on a leash and their owner picks up after them. However, pets are not allowed on the shuttle buses. Wayne Ferguson Plaza is Tobacco Free, which includes e-cigarettes and vaping.
Due to lawn seating in Wayne Ferguson Plaza, blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged.
