As your group health plan, the City of Lewisville Health Benefit Trust must use and disclose protected health information in order to pay benefits to you and your health care providers. The City of Lewisville Health Benefit Trust uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information from being used or disclosed inappropriately.
